3. Customers must pay a 30% advance in order to make an online reservation or receive a
confirmation of their reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before the
vacation begins or, in certain circumstances, when you arrive. The advance will be
adjusted with the final payment at the beginning of the trip, based on the expected total
cost of the vacation package.
4. Customers can create or receive an online booking request or confirmation without
paying in advance only under certain circumstances. In that instance, we will contact the
client to verify the reservation.
5. For identification purposes, it is recommended that you keep a printout of your booking
voucher or SMS confirmation.
2. Even after the journey has begun, customers are permitted to make changes, but you must
notify us of any changes.

we confirm them by phone, email, or SMS.

6. 50 - 41 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
7. 40 - 30 days before departure: 75% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
8. Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost will be charged as cancellation
fee.
9. In case of no show or cancellation on the same day, 100% of the tour will be charged as
cancellation fee.
10. Regarding airfare, please be aware that any last-minute cancellations will incur a
cancellation fee of USD 50 per person. The airlines have the right to alter this policy at
any time and without warning. In the near future, this cancellation policy might be
modified. We kindly ask that you take notice of this and act accordingly.
11. We never entertain or do cash refunds.
